Training & Placement Cell
A separate Training & Placement Unit at SVNIPS is devoted to offering our pupils every support system conceivable. There are well-supporting Training & Placement Coordinators, and the cell’s head is a trained and certified training and placement officer. The Cell makes a promise to position as many pupils as possible in reputable national and international businesses. Starting in the second year, we offer our pupils top-notch training and placement services in a variety of fields, including soft skills, group discussions, aptitude, manufacturing skills, and personality development.
Placement Drive
The Institute ensures that there are numerous placement drives at regular intervals so that our students can improve their knowledge of how to appear in physical interviews and gain as much knowledge and experience as possible.
Industrial Tours
Every department of pharmacy students regularly attends industrial visits to give them real experience with equipment, the workplace, group collaboration skills, task management, and daily goals. This allows students to practise the working skills and pressure needed to participate in cooperation.

We as a group provide soft skill lessons to improve their learning, speaking abilities, and so on, as well as personality development programmes to help them grow as persons. To increase their excitement, our expert counsellor and guest lecturers conduct regular counselling.
Placement Process
Placement process at our all Institutions ensures that each and every student gets an opportunity to begin his/her career. Placement Team along with industry trainers efficiently works for the grooming of the students and adds fresh clients every year. Also effective Placement Policies help in placing maximum students every year.
Building relationships with the corporate through rigorous interactions and inviting them for Workshops, Technical Seminars, Campus Connect Programs and supporting them with the infrastructures (Stadium, Auditorium etc) for their HR Events and Activities. Understanding corporate requirements we provide them the students’ profiles which match their requirements and thereby share the Job descriptions with the students and fix up the recruitment drive.
The companies conduct Pre-Placements talks to give in-depth information about them including the roles and profiles being offered Company specific selection process includes Online/Offline test, Technical Test and Personal Interviews and Group discussions. we can cater the interviews for 500+ students. Few interviews are conducted at the company premises as well. Final results are shared with the students either on the same day or afterwards.

Industrial visit has its own importance in a career of a student who is pursuing a professional degree. It is considered as a part of college curriculum, mainly seen in engineering/MBA courses. Objectives of industrial visit are to provide students an insight regarding internal working of companies. We know, theoretical knowledge is not enough for making a good professional career. With an aim to go beyond academics, industrial visits provide students a practical perspective on the world of work. It provides students with an opportunity to learn practically through interaction, working methods and employment practices. It gives them exposure to current work practices as opposed to possibly theoretical knowledge being taught at college. Industrial visits provide an excellent opportunity to interact with industries and know more about industrial environment. Industrial visits are arranged by colleges to students with an objective of providing students functional opportunity in different sectors like IT, Manufacturing and services, finance and marketing. Industrial visit helps to combine theoretical knowledge with industrial knowledge. Industrial realities are opened to the students through industrial visits.
Industrial visit is considered as one of the tactical methods of teaching. The main reason behind this, it lets student to know things practically through interaction, working methods and employment practices. Moreover, it gives exposure from academic point of view. Main aim of industrial visit is to provide an exposure to students about practical working environment. They also provide students a good opportunity to gain full awareness about industrial practices. Through industrial visit students get awareness about new technologies. Technology development is a main factor, about which a students should have a good knowledge. Visiting different companies actually help students to build a good relationship with those companies. We know building relationship with companies always help to gain a good job in future. After visiting an industry students can gain a combined knowledge about both theory and practice. Students will be more concerned about getting a job after undertaking an industrial visit.
