Grievances Redressal Committee (Employee)

Aims: 

SVNIPS ensures that our working personnel have a welcoming atmosphere with adequate safety and sanitary amenities. The institute has established a Grievance Redressal Cell so that our workers may address their issues with confidence.

The objectives of the Cell are:

  • SVNIP is committed to providing a successful and positive work environment in which complaints are handled honestly and on time.
  • The goal of this committee is to assist a work area where there are no grievances and also monitors in enhancing the performance and efficiency of the concerned Institute employees.
  • We strive to achieve the best and most effective work environment for male and female employees, for safeguarding their necessities and providing every means of satisfaction in the best ways possible.

Women Grievances Redressal Cell (WGRC)

Aims:

Women’s Grievances The Redressal Cell is intended to ensure the safety and security of the institute’s girls and women, as well as to promote the welfare of all women in the organisation. It handles all complaints about harassment of women at the institution and takes steps to resolve them.

The objectives of the Cell are:

1. To avoid sexual harassment and promote the general well-being of female students, teaching and non-teaching Institute staff members.

2. To provide acceptable working conditions in terms of employment, health, and cleanliness in order to establish that there is no hostile atmosphere towards women at the workplace.

3. The members will observe the concerns, gather evidence, and take necessary action against those who are responsible. The Cell is vigilant and maintains a bird’s-eye view of the whole campus.

Student Grievances Redressal Committee (SGRC)

Aims:

  • The Grievance Redressal cell was formed to investigate student concerns. Whatever the issue, the Grievance Redressal Bureau strives to address genuine issues and concerns of students.
  • The institute promotes responsible and accessible behaviour among students in order to foster a pleasant educational environment.

The objectives of the Cell are:

  • Motivating students to identify their difficulties / complaints honestly and without reservation.
  • Maintaining the institute’s self-esteem through ensuring a conflict-free atmosphere by upholding the Student-Student and Student-Faculty Members bonds.
  • Ensure that the committee delivers an effective answer to student concerns with an unbiased and honest approach with the goal of resolving grievances within a fair time frame.
