Fifty of the latest computers are set up in a fully air-conditioned computer lab that is linked to a high-speed server and has constant internet access. Every computer has a brand name. Fully networked systems come with an enormous amount of user-friendly software loaded on them.
Herbal Garden
Since the dawn of time, humans have used plants as a source of medical substances. In fact, all medications originally came from natural sources. People are becoming more familiar with nature and natural products made from highly medicinal plants, bushes, and trees in the modern world, where science and technology have advanced greatly and synthetic items are appearing at a rapid speed. Even with today's technological advancements, it is still important to look for medications from biodiversity, particularly for refractory diseases. This is especially true given the rising rate of adverse drug reactions to contemporary synthetic drugs. In order to provide pharmaceutical care that is both affordable and effective, pharmacy students are taught the subject of pharmacognosy. Keeping this objective in mind, the college of pharmacy has a well maintained herbal garden that has plants of medicinal value to ensure that the students acquire full knowledge through the practical as per the AICTE norms.

These well designed and fully equipped modern labs built to facilitate students in their course curriculum and to help them enhance practical knowledge. Each department has its own set of dedicated laboratories equipped with the latest software packages and modern equipment pertaining to different courses of study. All Labs have a separate preparatory room to prepare lab chemical samples and solutions. The lab is specially designed to fulfill all the necessary requirements and equipped with highly sophisticated machines like HPLC, UV- Visible Spectroscopy etc. It provides a valuable opportunity for domain specific practical learning as well as research and development activities.
Classroom
In order to give each student a suitable learning environment. 1 lecture hall, 2 tutorial rooms, and 6 classrooms are among them. The classrooms are equipped with all the latest conveniences, like whiteboards and projectors, to make the lectures more participatory and interesting for the students. Each institution has its own Mini Auditorium/Smart Room which is well utilized by faculty members in their teaching pedagogies. Students also use it for their project demonstrations and case study presentations to name a few.
Library
To ensure that you get the most out of your time studying on campus, the SETH VISHAMBHAR NATH INSTITUTE OF PHARMACEUTICAL SCIENCES Library and Information Centre provides an extensive array of facilities. There is a separate electronic library in the SETH VISHAMBHAR NATH INSTITUTE OF PHARMACEUTICAL SCIENCES. It offers private rooms to preserve privacy and focus. With a well-balanced collection of books, journals, and e-resources covering a range of pharmacy topics, the libraries serve as the backbone of the institution. It also contains material that can be used as a teaching tool and source. Additionally, it gives the students access to literature on ethics, personality development, and research support. Every working day, the library is open for twelve hours.
Animal House
As animals are used to assess the efficacy and toxicity of medicinal products, animal housing is an integral part of pharmacy school. The animal house shall be built and maintained strictly in accordance with the CPCSEA guidelines in order to ensure the humane treatment of the animals and their use, necessary for the pursuit and achievement of scientific excellence.Animals and strains are housed in individual animal rooms maintained at a standard room temperature between 22°C and 25°C. 50.5% Relative Humidity. 12:12 house lights to dark cycle. 100% Fresh Air circulation. Uninterrupted Power and Water Supply. Team of Technical Assistants and Animal Care Takers with extensive experience and training in Animal Care, Breeding and Husbandry.
Museum
The Pharmaceutical drug museum of SETH VISHAMBHAR NATH INSTITUTE OF PHARMACEUTICAL SCIENCES includes the pharmaceutical dosage forms like contains solid dosage forms (tablets and capsules), liquid preparations (solutions and syrups, suspensions, emulsions) cosmetic preparations (nail polish, lipsticks, hair dyes), Semisolid dosage forms (ointments, creams, paste, gels), parenterals preparations (large volume parenterals, Small volume parenterals) Natural crude drugs. The museum is designed with special care to highlight the displayed products with excellent transparency. The museum is designed to provide separate sections for various categories of products. Regular cleaning schedule is followed for the museum. The museum is managed by two faculty members and two students from each class and is in coordination with a house-keeping person and Size of the museum is Sq.ft.
Hostel
Hostels are the center which provides state-of-the-art livens to the students and foster friendship and brotherhood among each other. The college provides separate hostels for boys and girls. The hostels have triple seated rooms. Each Floor of the hostel has a lounge area, a pantry and shower facilities. Some of the other facilities in hostels are- A reading room, A TV room, Wi-fi connectivity for Intranet .Each hostel has its own Warden.All Girls hostel room has attached toilet, Cold & Hot water available.Electricity with power backup.
Sports
It has a full-fledged sports department which organizes sports meets, It has a well-equipped gymnasium and other sports related facilities. Both indoor and outdoor sports facilities are also available in the College.
Parking
The College provides ample parking space for students, staff members and visitors in both the campus. All the Road safety norms were being followed. There are separate parking lot for two wheelers and four wheelers and have easy access through main road.
Ragging free campus
The ragging-free environment should prevail in hostel, mess, and even during sports or full campus. The goal of the anti-ragging committee is to make the campus ragging free.
Seminar Hall/ Conference Room
Seth Vishambhar Nath Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences , Barabanki has nicely designed seminar halls & Conference rooms which are fully Air- Conditioned. These are Equipped with modern latest audio-video technological facilities which gives our young generation a glimpse of the professional world. The college cafeteria offers students a clean atmosphere and better dining options so they won't feel overburdened by the strain of their coursework. The areas offer students a place to unwind during their leisure time and serve as a centre for learning about local cooking and delectable food. On the campus of the institution, SVNIPS has an open canteen area. Our campus cafeteria has a family-like ambiance and offers a variety of dishes that are prepared to perfection and served with great gentility.
