Placement Brochure
- The role of the Training and Placement Cell is of a councillor for placement related activities. But it does not guarantee a job.
- The placement facility is available to all the students registered with Training & Placement Cell through ONE JOB TO ONE STUDENT.
- It is compulsory for the students to attend aptitude and other trainings (Resume Writing/Email Writing/GD/PI/ PSD Training) .
- College uniform is must for students to be present in the Campus Recruitment Programme, failing will not be allowed to appear for campus interview.
- Students must keep their Identity Card with them at the time of PPT/Test/Group Discussion/ Interviews, and produce the same when demanded by the visiting team or their representatives.
- For pre-placement talks (PPT) students should be present at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time at the venue & be seated. Delay in reporting will disqualify the student from recruitment process. Students should be punctual & once the HR People/Company representative enters the venue all doors will be closed and NO ENTRY to the students.
- Canvassing with the Company Personnel will disqualify the candidature of the student. If students face any difficulty or have any queries, they should contact the member of T&P cell only. Students should not contact the recruiter directly. This should be strictly followed.
- Any student who has received offer letter, must inform the Placement office and submit the photocopy of the same as soon as possible.
- Students need to check their information regularly and update the same whenever required. As this information will be shared with the industries. If any student failed to fill or update the information, he/she may miss the opportunity to participate in the campus recruitment drives.
- A nice ambience should be maintained by the students during the Placements/Recruitment programme. Any behavior bringing disgrace to the Institute will not be tolerated and strict action will be taken against such students. Students should follow professional etiquettes.
- Any breach of these rules shall lead to the student getting debarred from the placement process.
- During the Campus Recruitment Programme, a student who opts for the written test should mandatorily appear for the GD/PI also, failing which he/she will be debarred from the Campus Recruitment Programme for all other subsequent companies. Students should have positive approach towards placement drives.
- Those students, who do not wish to participate for any recruitment process, must inform the T&P office in advance, so as to give opportunity to the other students.
- If market situation and Job scenario necessitates a revision in the Placement Policy, it will be done in a manner so as to maximize the benefit to the student community as a whole.

The Institute makes sure that there are multiple placements drive at a regular interval of time, so that our students enhance the knowledge regarding physical interview appearing skills and grab maximum amount of knowledge and practice.
Industrial Tours
There are regular industrial visit for every sector of Pharmacy and Management students to provide them with not only virtual knowledge but also practical skills regarding machinery, work environment, group working skills, handling task and day to day targets. This helps students experience the work pressure as well as working skills required to get enrolled in cooperation.

Placement Team along with industry trainers efficiently works for the grooming of the students and adds fresh clients every year. Also effective Placement Policies help in placing maximum students every year.
Building relationships with the corporate through rigorous interactions and inviting them for Workshops, Technical Seminars, Campus Connect Programs and supporting them with the infrastructures (Stadium, Auditorium etc) for their HR Events and Activities. Understanding corporate requirements we provide them the students’ profiles which match their requirements and thereby share the Job descriptions with the students and fix up the recruitment drive.
The companies conduct Pre-Placements talks to give in-depth information about them including the roles and profiles being offered Company specific selection process includes Online/Offline test, Technical Test and Personal Interviews and Group discussions. we can cater the interviews for 500+ students. Few interviews are conducted at the company premises as well. Final results are shared with the students either on the same day or afterwards.

Industrial visit has its own importance in a career of a student who is pursuing a professional degree. It is considered as a part of college curriculum, mainly seen in engineering/MBA courses. Objectives of industrial visit are to provide students an insight regarding internal working of companies. We know, theoretical knowledge is not enough for making a good professional career. With an aim to go beyond academics, industrial visits provide students a practical perspective on the world of work. It provides students with an opportunity to learn practically through interaction, working methods and employment practices. It gives them exposure to current work practices as opposed to possibly theoretical knowledge being taught at college. Industrial visits provide an excellent opportunity to interact with industries and know more about industrial environment. Industrial visits are arranged by colleges to students with an objective of providing students functional opportunity in different sectors like IT, Manufacturing and services, finance and marketing. Industrial visit helps to combine theoretical knowledge with industrial knowledge. Industrial realities are opened to the students through industrial visits.
Industrial visit is considered as one of the tactical methods of teaching. The main reason behind this, it lets student to know things practically through interaction, working methods and employment practices. Moreover, it gives exposure from academic point of view. Main aim of industrial visit is to provide an exposure to students about practical working environment. They also provide students a good opportunity to gain full awareness about industrial practices. Through industrial visit students get awareness about new technologies. Technology development is a main factor, about which a students should have a good knowledge. Visiting different companies actually help students to build a good relationship with those companies.
