Fully air-conditioned computer lab is equipped with 50 latest computers connected to a high speed server with 24 hours internet connectivity. All computers are branded computers. Large number of user friendly software is loaded on fully networked systems.
Herbal Garden
Since the dawn of time, humans have used plants as a source of medical substances. In fact, all medications originally came from natural sources. People are becoming more familiar with nature and natural products made from highly medicinal plants, bushes, and trees in the modern world, where science and technology have advanced greatly and synthetic items are appearing at a rapid speed. Even with today's technological advancements, it is still important to look for medications from biodiversity, particularly for refractory diseases. This is especially true given the rising rate of adverse drug reactions to contemporary synthetic drugs. In order to provide pharmaceutical care that is both affordable and effective, pharmacy students are taught the subject of pharmacognosy. Keeping this objective in mind, the college of pharmacy has a well maintained herbal garden that has plants of medicinal value to ensure that the students acquire full knowledge through the practical as per the AICTE norms.

These well-organized, contemporary labs are outfitted with everything necessary to guide students in
their coursework and help them advance their practical expertise. Every department has a dedicated set of
labs with the newest software and cutting-edge technology relevant to various study courses. Every lab
has a dedicated preparation area where chemical samples and solutions are made. The lab is equipped
with ultra-sophisticated equipment such as UV-visible spectroscopy and HPLC, and is specifically
developed to meet all required specifications. It offers a great chance for research and development as
well as domain-specific hands-on learning.
Classroom
In order to provide a proper learning environment to our students. These include 1 Lecture Theatres, 2 Tutorial Rooms and 6 Class Rooms. The classrooms have all the modern amenities like boards, provision of projector to make the lectures more interactive and engaging for the students. Each institution has its own Mini Auditorium/Smart Room which is well utilized by faculty members in their teaching pedagogies. Students also use it for their project demonstrations and case study presentations to name a few.
Library
Library and information Centre of SETH VISHAMBHAR NATH INSTITUTE OF PHARMACY offer a comprehensive range of services to help you to get the best out of learning at our campus. SETH VISHAMBHAR NATH INSTITUTE OF PHARMACY has its own separate computerized library. It provides separate rooms for maintain silence and concentration. The libraries act as spinal cord of college with well-balanced collection of Books, Journals and E-Resources in various fields of PHARMACY. It also includes information, which is useful for teaching and reference purpose. It also provides literature on personality development, ethics and research support to the students. The library remains open for twelve hours on all working days.
Animal House
Animal house is an integral part of pharmacy college as animals are used both for the evaluation of efficacy as well as for the toxicity of the drugs. Animal house to ensure humane care to the animal and their use, necessary for the pursuit and achievement of scientific excellence and is build and maintained strictly in accordance to the CPCSEA guidelines. Different species and strains are kept separately in animal rooms maintained under standard room temperature of 22° to 25°c, 50.5% relative humility, 12:12 house light to dark cycle with 100% fresh air circulation and uninterrupted power and water supply. Animal house facility is looked after by a team of technical assistants and animal care takers well experienced and trained in animal care, breeding and husbandry.
Museum
The Pharmaceutical drug museum of SETH VISHAMBHAR NATH INSTITUTE OF PHARMACY includes the pharmaceutical dosage forms like contains solid dosage forms (tablets and capsules), liquid preparations (solutions and syrups, suspensions, emulsions) cosmetic preparations (nail polish, lipsticks, hair dyes), Semisolid dosage forms (ointments, creams, paste, gels), parenterals preparations (large volume parenterals, Small volume parenterals) Natural crude drugs. The museum is designed with special care to highlight the displayed products with excellent transparency. The museum is designed to provide separate sections for various categories of products. Regular cleaning schedule is followed for the museum. The museum is managed by two faculty members and two students from each class and is in coordination with a house-keeping person.
Hostel
Hostels are the center which provides state-of-the-art livens to the students and foster friendship and brotherhood among each other. The college provides separate hostels for boys and girls. The hostels have triple seated rooms. Each Floor of the hostel has a lounge area, a pantry and shower facilities. Some of the other facilities in hostels are- A reading room, A TV room, Wi-Fi connectivity for Internet. Each hostel has its own Warden. All Girls hostel room has attached toilet, Cold & Hot water available. Electricity with power backup.
Sports
It has a full-fledged sports department which organizes sports meets, It has a well-equipped gymnasium and other sports related facilities. Both indoor and outdoor sports facilities are also available in the College.
Parking
The College provides ample parking space for students, staff members and visitors in both the campus. All the Road safety norms were being followed. There are separate parking lot for two wheelers and four wheelers and have easy access through main road.
Ragging free campus
The ragging-free environment should prevail in hostel, mess, and even during sports or full campus. The goal of the anti-ragging committee is to make the campus ragging free.
Seminar Hall/ Conference Room
Seth Vishambhar Nath Institute of Pharmacy, Barabanki has nicely designed seminar halls & Conference rooms which are fully Air- Conditioned. These are Equipped with modern latest audio-video technological facilities which gives our young generation a glimpse of the professional world. Large assembly’s functions, extension lectures, rehearsals and presentations of various curricular activities are organized.
Internet/ Wi-Fi
As the world today has become completely virtual and everything is available on a click of finger, through internet, we at SNVIP provide students with Hi-tech Wi-Fi facilities Via fiber connection the college campus serves the internet speed of 100 Mbps at all its corners. So that our students can have the access of technology for clearing their doubts and problems.
Canteen
The college cafeteria furnishes students with a hygienic environment, better fooding facilities so that they don’t feel over burden by the study pressure. The areas provide student essence of relaxation in their free time and are a hub to explore the cuisine and delicious food. SVNIP has open canteen facility in the college premises. Our college canteen has a family atmosphere, with a range of delicacies, touched by a home-made essence, cooked to its best and served with a great gentility.
