The Department of Master of Business Administration (MBA)

The course content covers wide area of Social-economic, technology & Geo-political environment responsible for manipulating and shaping business realities. MBA syllabus gives due consideration to inculcate IT skills, strategical techniques, statistical tools and encouraging innovative thoughts to cater the needs of digital transformation to face the ever changing business environment and challenges posed by consumer expectations. The MBA program also develops the understanding of harmony in their profession among individual and in existence to lead an ethical life. The program builds understanding in management graduates to identify potential talent so that they can be engaged in fulfilling the present and future needs of the organization.

We facilitate our students to get exposer and explore themselves through industrial visits, case studies, analysing empirical data in the field of marketing, finance, human resource, information technology and international business.

Vision of the Department

To inculcate knowledge and wisdom in management students to prepare them as good managers, entrepreneurs with value education, who will able to cater the dynamic needs of the business world.

Mission of the Department

M-1: To impart management knowledge along with value education to prepare them as good professional.

M-2: To provide practical education through industry-oriented learning, case study to develop practical management skill in students.

M-3: To disseminate entrepreneurial and ethical knowledge by organizing seminars, workshop and lectures for students to develop the ability to become a successful entrepreneur.

M-4: To prepare efficient professionals through confidence building, better communication skills and cross functional capabilities to take initiative and work in cooperation.

(PEOs)

PEO1: To inculcate fundamental and advance knowledge in students from different fields of management along with value education, which makes them ethically professional managers and a lifelong learner, contributing in sustainable development.

PEO2: Imparting business skills in graduates through industrial training empowering them with practical research, strategic research and financial analysis etc. by which prepare them to face complex business situations.

PEO3: To develop analytical and decision making skills through case study and assignment, which enable them to understand dynamic and challenging business situations, and to generate innovative ideas for business growth & entrepreneurship.

PEO4: Practical knowledge and life skills of students are refined through development of soft skill, which makes students apt to integrate concept from different fields of management to become effective professionals
