Career Development Cell (CDC) of Seth Vishambhar Nath Group of Educational Institutions is to keeping in mind the ever changing competitive world, our scholars need to constantly modernize their chops and station in the areas of Verbal communication chops, emotional balance, passion towards the thing and suppose positive. This is where the career development programs help scholars. Career Development Cell helps the scholars for the trip from lot to commercial. The focus area of CDC is on trainings which include specialized training, personality development training & Aptitude & logic training. In addition, Career Development Cell also give the training to scholars for their Professional & particular life balance, group discussion sessions, particular interview rounds, renew erecting and public speaking capability. Career Development Cell consorts scholars to suppose more strategically, balance contending demands and engaging them in further forward thinking leadership conditioning. This trouble is develop the capability among the scholars to suppose out of their limited job responsibility box and introduce results for colorful problems at their work place. The Career Development programme delivered to scholars during their pre-final and final time education is courteously designed in the close collaboration of professed professionals & IIM/ IIT Professors to produce passion, commitment and positive thinking. The Career Development Cell works under the provocation, guidance and supervision of Director/ Principal of the institute and derives the charge & vision directly from the council elderly operation.

SVNIHS has an independent Training & Placement Cell, which is keenly committed towards providing every possible assistance to our students. The Head of the cell is an experienced and qualified Training & Placement Officer and there are well assisting Training & Placement Coordinators. We provide our students with an excellent Training and Placements skills from 2nd Year onwards in various areas like Soft Skills, Group Discussion, Aptitude, Coding Skills, personality development etc.
