Aims: 

  • We at SVNIHS make sure that we provide a hospitable environment to our working employees with proper safety and hygienic facilities. The institute has build a Grievances redressal cell so that our employees are able to address their problems with full faith.

The objectives of the Cell are:

  • SVNIHS is devoted to provide a fruitful and favorable work atmosphere where complaints are allocated honestly and on time.
  • The objective of  this  committee  is  to  assist  a  work  area  where there are  no  grievances and  also monitors  in  enhancing the   performance and efficiency of the concerned employees of the Institute.
  • We tend to achieve best and the most effective work atmosphere for male as well as our female employees, for safe guarding their necessities and providing every means of satisfaction in best ways possible.

Women Grievances Redressal Cell (WGRC)

Aims:

Women’s Grievances Redressal Cell is meant to maintain safety and security of the girls and women of the institute and promote welfare of all women in the organization. It takes care of all grievances on harassment of women at the institution and action taken for redressal of complaints.

The objectives of the Cell are:

  1. To prevent sexual harassment and to encourage the overall well-being of female students, teaching and non-teaching women staff of the Institute.
  2. To offer appropriate working surroundings in respect of work, health and hygiene to further confirm that there is no aggressive environment towards women at work place.
  3. The members will observe the issues, collect the evidence, and take the appropriate action against the guilty. The Cell is observant and keeps a bird’s eye view of the entire campus.

Student Grievances Redressal Committee (SGRC)

Aims:

  • The Grievance Redressal Cell was established to review into the student complaints. The Grievance Redressal Cell endeavours to address genuine complications and grievances of students whatever be the problem.
  • To maintain a liable as well as approachable behaviour among the students, so that we develop pleasant educational atmosphere is upheld in the institute.

The objectives of the Cell are:

  • Motivating the students to define their problems / grievances freely and without any sense of hesitation.
  • Keeping up with the self-esteem of the institute by safeguarding conflict free environment by maintaining the Student-Student bond and Student-Faculty Members bond.
  • Making sure that the committee provides an effective solution to the student complaints with unbiased and honest approach in view of redressing the grievances within a reasonable time.

The aim of the Students Counsellor is to support each student in becoming an effective working individual, who is well equipped with personal as well as social skills and is able to adapt with the changing demands of life.

Objectives:

  • SVNIHS provides students with counselling facilities by keeping in mind resolving their problems,
  • We support the students to do well academically and socially with a pace to deliver individual emotional supervision for the students.
